Meet Maya,
Maya came to us with her friend Bella looking for a new home. She is 6 yrs old and a very friendly, outgoing girl. She is a lab/boxer mix & is around 60-65lbs.
Maya is a social butterfly and is good with dog savy cats and with dogs that are her size or smaller. She loves going for walks and play time in the dog park. She also loves to just chill and hang out with her peeps and Bella. Maya is great with people of all ages and would fit in with just about any type of home. She dreams of a home with a fenced back yard and big dog bed to sleep on & lots of toys to play with. She would also love for Bella & her to find their forever home together as they have always been together.
Maya has some dermatitis & allergies being controlled with meds & food. Whomever adopts her will have to continue with these things. Further detailed information can be discussed with staff if you are interested in adoption. Otherwise she is a healthy happy dog.
Maya is SPAYED & has received her DA2PP vaccine, Interceptor Plus & Revolution treatment.

June 17th/24- Gerry Vallee Glovertown 514-882-0716 couldn’t afford vet & general care of animal as she has ongoing ear issues.
DA2PP vaccine: June 18th/24, July 20th/24
Interceptor Plus: June 18th/24
Revolution: June 24th/24
June 19th/24- Vet Visit -Diagnosed with dermatitis & allergies (not known specifically what they are yet) Surolan for ears for 14 days. Apoquel for 14 days to be given orally. Then go down to 1 pill 1X daily for 14 days. Chlorhexidine for paws until healed. Simplicef to be given orally for 14 days. Hypoallergenic food
July 11th/24- Bloodwork was good! Go down to 1/2 a pill 1X daily. Then 1/2 pill every second day. If symptoms reoccur go back up to the previous dose.
Sept 10th/24- Back to 1/2 pill 1X daily, shaking ears & biting on paws a bit.
