Meet Sam!

Sam is here at our shelter to find a new home. We are told she is about 9 years old and she is a medium sized lab mix with 4 cute white paws and white on her chest. Same is a very well-behaved dog. She is super friendly and loves attention from people. She will lick you face and hands when you pet her. Sam likes to lay by our feet up in the office and she doesn’t make a sound. She is a great listener and walks very well on a leash.

Sam does not like to be in her kennel alone but she is getting much more used to it as time goes on. She would be happy in a home where people were home more or able to take her with them in the vehicle for ride alongs.

Sam would be good to go to a home with children, cats and/or other dogs. She has such a calm temperament that we see no issues with either. Sam has had her first DA2PP vaccine and an Interceptor deworming. She is now SPAYED and ready for a new home!

She was brought here to the shelter June 3/23, Aug 19/23 and Aug 20/23. Also, received many calls in between and called Crystle to to go get the dog before she was brought here. Danielle Bailey (Danielle Elizabeth Ann on FB) owned the dog before Crystle Tulk. See cards for more info!

Aug 22/2023: Crystle called us to claim dog. We told her $20 per day that the dog was here. She had no money, got upset and hung up on us. Never heard from her again. After the 5 days we posted Sam up for adoption.
