Do you know me?

I was found in Clarenville down by the old Carpenter's Store. A lady stopped to grab him as he was almost hit by a car. He is about medium size and he seems to be a German Shepherd Mix for sure. He has a black collar with a green bone tag on it with the name "Champ." The tag also has three phone numbers on the back but no luck with any of them.
