She is a bit more on the shy side right now around people. She is only new to the shelter and you can tell she really wants attention when weaving around your feet, she is just not 100% sure yet. She is highly active and really enjoying her time exploring the shelter. She will be in our laps soaking up all the attention in no time! She loves treats and catnip, which we are using to help gain her trust.
She was brought into us from another rescue group. Before getting here she was spayed, vaccinated, flea treated and de-wormed. She was all ready to go directly to her community room where she has already settled in quite well.
We have reason to believe she is a young cat. She has lived with other cats and dogs in her previous home. She would most likely be fine with children once she comes around.
If you want to adopt or foster this beautiful cat, then please click on the “ADOPT” or “FOSTER” button below.
The shelter is open to the public Tuesday, Wednesday & Saturday each week from 11-4pm. Adoptions will still be by appointment only! Allison's cuddle room will still be closed to the public but will only be open to people who are adopting an animal! Face masks are mandatory and only up to 8 people can be in the shelter at a time. There will be a hand sanitizing station in each room to be used by visitors.
