Meet Bella!!!
She is a 14-15-year-old Shih tzu Mix that is looking for a new furever home. She is 26lbs. Some of you may know who she is but she has made quite the transformation <3
She is a super sweet little girl that gets attached to her owner very quickly and loves to follow you around. She absolutely loves her mealtime; Little Cesar packs are her favourite.
Bella is trained to go outside to do her business. She is very clean inside and in her kennel. She has no trouble waiting all night until the next morning to finally do her business outside. She seems to love going in the car laying on a comfy blanket in the back or front seat.
She is great with other calm dogs and cats. We think an adult only/retired person(s) would be the best fit for her! She received her first DA2PP vaccine, Interceptor Plus deworming and Revolution flea treatment.
Bella is Spayed and needs to have some teeth pulled which is booked for next week Wednesday, Aug 5. She already had bloodwork which was perfect! Thank you, Clarenville Vet, for doing such an amazing job with her shave down!

Our shelter is open to the public Monday – Saturday, 11am – 4pm. Adoptions will operate by appointment only.

DA2PP: Aug 5/2026 – Done @ Vet
July 28/2026: Went to Cville Vet. Bloodwork (Perfect) and full shave done. Also need all teeth removed and cherry eye repair. Booked for Aug 5/2026. They said she was already Spayed. She has a spay scar.
Aug 5/2026: Full dental removal and Cherry Eye correction @ Cville Vet.
