Meet Jax!
DOB: April 2023, Almost 2 Years Old

Jax is returning to our shelter to no fault of his own as his families living situation has changed. He is very handsome big boy and he is a Husky Mix that originally came from Natuashish.

We find Jax to be chill and calm here at the shelter. He loves to come up in the office with us and is very friendly. Jax loves to go for walks and out in the dog park. He is kennel trained and it seems this is his happy place. He would even sleep in it at night in his previous home. We think a home that someone can be home with him more throughout the day would be best as he loves to be with people.

Jax did live with children in his previous home and loved them but please keep in mind he is big and strong. He is good with other dogs but seems to play rough. He can also be very jealous around other dogs living in the home and please keep in mind he is very food motivated. We have tested him with cats and he is a little too interested and rough. A home with no cats would be preference.

Jax is up to date on his DA2PP & Rabies vaccine. He had an Interceptor Plus Deworming as well. He was NEUTERED October 7/2024.
