Meet Diesel!
This handsome boy came to us of no fault of his own. He has had a rough life so far and would love nothing better then a furever home to love and cherish him. Diesel is a larger boy weighing 68lbs. The vet guessed him to be about 7-8 years old but we did have someone reach out to us and said he was 13 yrs old. He will be 14 in April. He looks like he is always smiling and is a very friendly boy. He is housetrained & great in the home. He is still very active for his age and loves to play with toys and sniff around the dog yard. Diesel is a very affectionate boy and loves to talk and cuddle.
He has been great with children coming to the shelter. We have tried him with cats and he barks loudly at them. So unless your cat is used to dogs we do not recommend putting him with cats. So far, he has loved all the other dogs here.
Diesel has been neutered on Nov 25th/23 and has had his tumors removed. He is doing well and can now go to a forever home. He has also been Interceptor dewormed and DA2PP vaccinated.
