Meet Wilma!

I am a little beagle that was found out in Bellevue area on the highway with no collar, tags or microchip. I am clearly owned because I am very friendly and my tail wags very fast when shelter staff speak to me. I came in a bit smelly so I am now all clean and have a full belly. I am the sweetest little girl and I am sure there is someone out there looking for me.
