Lexie (formally known as Bonnie) came all the way from St. Pierre July 2019. She was adopted to a wonderful family shortly after arriving but had to be returned to us for personal reasons. She was very loved in her home and it was a hard decision to bring her back to us but they felt it was for the best.
Bonnie has a sad story to tell. She was born outside in a pen with her mother until her mother died leaving Bonnie to be all alone without much attention from her owner. Bonnie was barking all the time and as he result she developed some anxiety. She loves her crate which is her comfort zone and will go there if she feels scared or just needs some quiet time. When her owners are not at home she will need to be crated as she can be destructive and tends to have accidents in the house. She will need a home where the person is home a lot of the time. She is a very shy girl but does enjoy her cuddle time and romps in the back yard. She loves her treats and loves going for walks. She is fantastic with children and does socialize well with other dogs. She has a nervous nature and can be scared of certain people and loud noises so she will need a very understanding home that will give her the time she needs to settle in.
Lexie is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped and has her own passport!
