Meet Hugo. This sweet black cat has a white under belly and green eyes. Hugo was brought in with the hopes that he would be claimed. A caring neighbor has been feeding this cat for some time. We believe that Hugo would be great in a home as he is very loving and tame and we know that he hopes to find his forever home as soon as possible.
