We think Adele is not showing us her true colours right now. She is currently hiding in a wicker basket bed in her common room. She was surrendered to us as her owner got sick and was unable to care for her anymore. We think she is simply scared here at the shelter.
Adele is 6 years old and is spayed. We had her to the vet to get some minor grooming done as it must have been uncomfortable for her.
She will absolutely benefit from a foster home or at least a home that is patient with her. She would need to be in a home that is quiet with no other pets and no children.
If you want to give Adele the home she needs, please click on the “FOSTER” or “ADOPT” button below. Remember we provide all items needed for fostering and there is no commitment.
Starting Sept 22nd/20 the shelter will be open to the public Tuesday, Wednesday & Saturday each week from 11-4pm. Adoptions will still be by appointment only! Allison's cuddle room will still be closed to the public but will only be open to people who are adopting an animal! Face masks are mandatory and only up to 8 people can be in the shelter at a time. There will be a hand sanitizing station in each room to be used by visitors.
